Creating incidents

Incidents can be created manually from the dashboard or triggered automatically when a monitor goes down. Each incident supports multiple status updates, so your team and status page subscribers stay informed as the situation develops.

Alert acknowledgement

When you receive an alert email, you can acknowledge it directly from the email without logging in. This marks the alert as "seen" and prevents repeat notifications for the same issue.
