Refund Policy

1. Merchant of Record
All payments for WatchCron subscriptions are processed by Paddle.com (Paddle Payments Ltd.), which acts as our merchant of record. Paddle handles billing, invoicing, sales tax, and refund disbursement on behalf of Vitalii Holben, the operator of WatchCron.
2. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
You have the right to cancel your purchase and receive a full refund within 14 days of the original transaction date, without the obligation to provide a reason. This applies to both monthly and annual subscriptions.
3. Refunds After the Initial Period
After the 14-day window, refund requests are reviewed on an individual basis. We take the specific circumstances of each case into account and aim to resolve every request fairly. To initiate a late refund, contact us with your account email and a brief description of the issue.
4. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your WatchCron account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle — you will retain full access to your plan's features until that date. Partial-period refunds are not issued for the remaining time on an active billing cycle.
5. When Refunds May Be Declined
We reserve the right to decline a refund request if we detect patterns of fraud, refund abuse, or other manipulative behavior intended to exploit the refund process.
6. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please do one of the following:
- Contact us through the WatchCron contact page with your account email address.
- Reach out to Paddle directly through the receipt email you received at the time of purchase.
Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
